The German Shepherd Dog Liaison Council is affiliated to the Kennel Union of South Africa (KUSA), which is internationally recognised by the FCI.
The Council is responsible for the safe keeping of the German Shepherd Dog Breed of South Africa and strives to maintain the temperament, health and function of the breed as per the breed standard.
